Founder & Chairman
A visionary in higher education, Praveen K. Pula has spent over 23 years developing impactful educational platforms worldwide. His journey began in 2004 in the UK with an education venture that soon gained global recognition, ranking 16th fastest-growing company in the UK by the Sunday Times and was awarded by Sir Richard Branson in 2012.
Driven by a vision to create world-class educational experiences, he founded WIKATI Education in India in 2007, building a trusted global education consultancy that has guided thousands of students toward their international education goals. His focus on student success, transparency and academic partnerships has positioned WIKATI as a preferred choice for study abroad guidance.
In 2014, he expanded his vision by founding Woxsen University in Hyderabad, an institution built on the pillars of innovation, a global outlook and a world-class residential campus facility. Today, Woxsen is globally ranked by QS and Bloomberg among the top in the world, demonstrating its commitment to quality education that competes on a global scale.
Chief Executive Officer
A dynamic commercial strategist with over 24 years of leadership experience across Consumer Goods, Retail, Telecom and Higher Education, Vishal Khurma has driven growth for global brands such as PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Dabur, Tata Teleservices and Woxsen University. As CEO of WIKATI Education, he leads with a vision to scale global outreach, enhance student success and position WIKATI as a leading force in the Study Abroad Category.
His innovative leadership has been recognised with accolades including the Excellence in Education Award (2021) and the Global Business Excellence Award (2020). With over 7 transformative years at Woxsen University, Vishal Khurma played a pivotal role in its rise as one of India’s top B-Schools—spearheading the launch of new schools and programmes, driving 3x growth in revenue and enrolments and achieving 100% placements with 135+ top corporates. His leadership earned the university prestigious ranks, including All India Rank 11 (Times B-School Ranking 2024) and Rank 11 (BusinessWorld B-School Ranking 2024).
